Green Check Solutions brings over 13 years of expertise to the intersection of energy, finance, and data: Scope 1-3 greenhouse gas inventories for large commercial clients at a global energy consulting firm, utility billing and capital projects across major institutional portfolios, and Clean Buildings Performance Standard compliance managed hands-on, including district energy decarbonization strategy and legislative compliance under Washington's HB 1257 and HB 1390.
The firm was founded on a pattern recognized repeatedly across portfolios: utility billing errors that go uncaught for years, tax exemptions left on the table, and energy waste hiding behind outdated processes.
